The
following discounts and incentives apply only for orders that are placed while
in attendance at the M&M Merchandiser’s Open House 2009. Discounts will
apply to all quantities ordered, and will be applied at date of shipment. Only
accounts that remain in good standing will qualify for discounts. Any unshipped
backorders from show orders will be cancelled as of May 1, 2010. However, very
importantly, your sales representative will be able to take two separate orders
at the show, for merchandise to be shipped in one shipment at a future date;
one for one shipment in the fall before December 1st, and/or one for one
shipment in the spring before March 1st. The incentives below will be in
addition to your current terms, and will apply to any special pricing available
at the Open House. It is very important that you pre-register, because only
those who pre-register will receive the discounts below on show orders.

For orders placed totaling up to $5,000 3% (if you pre-register)
For orders placed totaling up to $10,000 5% (if you pre-register)
For orders placed totaling more than $10,000 7% (if you pre-register)
